   Half is enough depending on the size of your water bottle since you are changing
     it daily. That way I don’t waste supplements buy dumping it down the drain
     everyday.

     Then in the food I use Miracle Meal. This is the good stuff. I add it to the seed I
     feed them. If I put a cucumber in for them that day I will also sprinkle a bit on it or
     apples. I also generally have some available for them in finger drawers. This is
     what really rounds out their diet and helps get them to breeding condition.

A few other things I feed are:

Mealworms- A must for Owl finches. The Gouldians also like them. They are a
great source of protein and easy to keep.

Liquid Iodine- I don’t use everyday, but I will give from time to time.

Breeders Blend-This is a must for breeding Gouldians. It is feed the same way as
Miracle Meal.

Feather Fast- This is obviously feed during their molting process.

Probiotics-Is good at times after the bird has been on Antibiotics.
